CALCULATIONS
Completion rate = correct completions without intervention / cases tested.
Handoff rate = handoffs / cases tested.
Failure rate = failed or unresolved cases / cases tested.
Staff minutes difference = manual baseline - total pilot staff minutes.
A negative difference means MORE staff time was used by the pilot.
Operating cost per tested case = entered batch charges / cases tested.
Operating cost per correct completion = entered batch charges / correct completions.
If no correct completions occurred, the last calculation is unavailable, not zero.
