WEBSITE PROJECT BRIEF — BRINGPAK For comparing a business website proposal in Pakistan Source: https://www.bringpak.com/calculator Use this template with any provider. It is a planning worksheet, not a quote. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or real customer records. 1. BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER ACTION Business name: City and actual service coverage: Main services/products: What should the visitor do? Enquire / request a booking / place an order / other: Who responds to enquiries and where will requests be saved? 2. PAGES AND CONTENT List each page and its purpose: Who supplies and approves the copy, logo and permitted images? If products are included: count, variants, photos and stock source: Languages required and who reviews each language: Existing website address and important URLs to preserve: 3. FUNCTIONS AND INTEGRATIONS Forms: required fields and the confirmation shown after submission: WhatsApp: direct conversation link / automated workflow / team inbox: Bookings: request only / checked and reserved slot / staff approval: Payments: provider, merchant approval and supported access: Delivery: coverage, fees, courier access and order statuses: Existing CRM, inventory or accounting tools: What should happen if an integration is unavailable? Which features are essential for launch and which can wait? 4. ACCOUNTS AND HANDOVER Who owns the domain, hosting and connected provider accounts? Who can edit content after handover? Which staff roles need access? Who handles backups and how is the restore process checked? What data/content can be exported if you change providers? 5. COST COMPARISON IN PKR One-time setup: One-time add-ons: Monthly hosting: Monthly support, messaging and other provider allowances: Annual maintenance: Annual renewals: First-year estimate = one-time costs + 12 x monthly costs + annual costs. Identify overlaps: is any support already included in a package? List excluded costs and usage-based charges separately. Record the provider's assumptions and how long its quote remains valid. 6. DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE Who is the reviewer and how many revision rounds are included? Which milestones depend on supplied content or third-party approval? Check the service pages, phone links and WhatsApp draft on a phone. Test a form using synthetic data in an agreed test environment. Check failed submissions, duplicate orders and unavailable booking slots. If URLs change, test the relevant old-to-new redirects. Check public titles, descriptions, canonicals and sitemap after launch. Write down what ongoing updates and support are included. 7.
