School & Academy Website Development in Pakistan

School and academy websites in Pakistan with admissions enquiries, course information and separately scoped parent portals or fee records. Plan your project with BringPak.

Plan the workflow before development

Make admissions information usable before adding a portal

Explain programmes, age or entry requirements, campus contact details and the admission process. Assign a staff member to maintain dates, prospectuses and notices. An admission enquiry should capture the programme and a parent or applicant contact route; it should not imply that a place has been offered. Agree who reviews enquiries and how applicants receive the next step.

Keep public pages and private student records separate

A school website and a parent portal have different access requirements. Public pages can cover programmes and approved announcements. A private portal needs defined parent, teacher and administration roles, including how a guardian is linked to a student and how access is removed. Decide which records are necessary before importing data. Use sample records during review rather than putting real student documents into a general enquiry form.

Define fee and communication responsibilities

A fee status screen needs an agreed source of truth and a correction process. Separate an uploaded payment receipt from a payment verified by the accounts team. Confirm how concessions, partial payments and reversals are recorded if they are in scope. Message delivery does not prove a parent has read a notice. At handover, check staff access, exports, account ownership and who maintains each record.

Check guardian access with synthetic student records

For a scoped parent portal, create two synthetic students and give a test guardian access to only one. Check the visible pages, direct record links, downloaded files and exports: the second student must remain inaccessible. Remove the first association and verify the agreed access-removal behaviour, including any existing session. Admissions staff should also demonstrate the correction process for an incorrect guardian link. Use invented records for this review. These are proposed acceptance checks, not evidence that a deployed school system has passed them.

Questions before requesting a proposal

Do we need a full school management system for a new website?

No. Start with public information and admissions enquiries if that meets the immediate need. Student records, attendance, fee administration and a parent portal can be specified as separate modules instead of treating them as included website features.

Can you connect our existing school software?

We first review the supported access and the records that can be read or updated. Where an integration is unavailable, a maintained export or staff review process may be more suitable than claiming live data.

Sector Operational Challenges

•Admission dates and programme information maintained in several places.
•New applicant enquiries lack an assigned staff member or next action.
•Public notices and private student or fee records have different access needs.
