1. Software Ownership & Deliverables

Upon complete payment of project invoices, clients receive non-exclusive ownership rights to their custom website codebase, database schema, and custom software assets as outlined in their project contract.

2. Service Level Guarantees

Support hours, response targets, backup responsibilities and any uptime commitment are defined in your project agreement or active hosting package. Check those terms before purchasing; this page does not establish a universal uptime guarantee.
