Website Development Cost in Pakistan: Scope, Packages and Ongoing Expenses
Compare BringPak website packages, setup costs and recurring hosting expenses in PKR. Use a scope checklist to understand what a website quote includes.
Website development cost in Pakistan depends on what the website must do, who supplies its content and what support is included after launch. A five-page business site and an online store with inventory, payments and customer accounts are different projects. Start with the required outcome, then compare written scopes rather than the headline price alone.
Define the type of website you need
A business website usually explains services, establishes contact details and collects enquiries. An online store also needs products, ordering and fulfilment workflows. A custom portal may need user roles, private records, dashboards and integrations. A design that looks similar on the homepage can hide very different development and maintenance requirements.
List the actions a visitor needs to complete. For a local service business, that might be reading service details, viewing packages and sending a WhatsApp enquiry. For a retailer, it might be choosing a variant, entering a delivery address and receiving an order confirmation. These requirements should determine the scope.
BringPak package prices: a concrete reference
The figures below reflect BringPak's published package configuration reviewed on 9 October 2026. They are not a survey of Pakistani agency prices or a final quote for every project. Confirm inclusions and current pricing on our packages page.
- Starter Digital: PKR 45,000 setup and PKR 3,500 monthly hosting. The listed package includes a business website of up to five pages, mobile layouts, contact-form lead capture and WhatsApp/phone contact links.
- Growth & Automation: PKR 95,000 setup and PKR 6,500 monthly hosting. The published scope includes an e-commerce or custom portal option, an order CRM and payment gateway/COD setup.
- Enterprise Custom: PKR 185,000 setup and PKR 12,500 monthly hosting. This package is intended for more involved software, automation and integration requirements.
Ask which package fits your actual needs and obtain a written scope. Custom additions, third-party subscriptions, payment-provider fees and services beyond the agreed package should be itemised rather than assumed to be included.
What changes the development quote?
- Page and content volume: who writes service copy, prepares translations, supplies photography and uploads products?
- Design scope: is this a simple branded layout or a custom design process with multiple approval rounds?
- Business features: booking, account access, product variants, reporting and permission rules need clear definitions.
- Integrations: specify the exact payment, courier, inventory or CRM system and confirm that the required access exists.
- Migration: moving content, preserving useful URLs and importing existing records should be planned before launch.
Calculate the first-year cost
Use setup cost plus twelve months of recurring services, then add any separately quoted work. As an illustration using the listed Starter figures, PKR 45,000 plus twelve payments of PKR 3,500 equals PKR 87,000. That arithmetic covers only those two line items; it does not establish your total invoice or include unspecified extras. Ask when recurring billing starts and what changes at renewal.
Confirm who controls the domain, hosting account, source code and business data. Request a clear handover process, renewal terms and backup responsibilities. If you already own a domain, check its DNS and email requirements before moving hosting so a website launch does not unintentionally interrupt business email.
What should “SEO included” mean?
Ask for concrete deliverables: useful page titles and descriptions, correct canonical URLs, crawlable links, a sitemap, mobile-friendly layouts and sensible image delivery. Content planning and ongoing search work are separate questions. Technical setup makes pages easier to access and interpret; it does not guarantee indexing, a particular position or a fixed amount of traffic.
A checklist before accepting a proposal
Confirm pages, features, supplied content, revision rounds, acceptance criteria, delivery dependencies, account ownership and post-launch support. Agree what counts as a change request. Compare two quotes against that same checklist so a lower initial price does not conceal missing work.
