CRM and Lead Management for Businesses in Pakistan

A customer fills in a form. Someone calls them, sends a quote and forgets to follow up. By the next week, nobody is sure where the enquiry stands. A useful CRM gives your team a shared record of the next step, not just another place to enter data.

Map how an enquiry becomes a customer

We begin with the way your team sells today. Where do enquiries arrive? Who assigns them? What happens after a quotation? Together we define a small set of stages with a clear meaning, such as new enquiry, contacted, quote sent and decision pending. Each open record needs an owner and a next action. A complicated pipeline that nobody updates will not solve the problem.

Choose between configuring a tool and building one

An existing CRM may already cover your requirements. Configuration can include fields, access roles, reminders and importing clean records. Custom development makes sense when an important workflow cannot fit the available setup. We compare those options after reviewing your process. User licences, implementation and ongoing support should be listed separately in the proposal.

Bring leads in without losing context

Website forms can pass contact details and the service requested into a lead record. Other channels depend on the access their platforms provide. We check each connection before including it in the scope. Duplicate handling matters: a returning customer should not automatically become three unrelated records. Staff also need a way to correct incomplete information and record consent where required.

Make follow-up visible to the team

For example, a property consultant might need to record a preferred area, budget range and time for a callback. The next colleague should see those details before contacting the customer. We agree on reminders, overdue tasks and reassignment rules. Sending messages automatically is a separate decision from reminding a salesperson; the customer should not receive repeated follow-ups from several staff members.

Move existing records carefully

Spreadsheets often contain duplicate numbers, old enquiries and notes in inconsistent columns. We agree on the fields to import, review a sample and keep a backup before migration. Access should reflect staff responsibilities. Export and account ownership are part of the handover so your business can retrieve its records. Sensitive information that serves no business purpose should not become a default field.

Define reports and test the workflow

Start with questions your manager actually needs answered: which enquiries are unassigned, which follow-ups are overdue, and where quotations are waiting. Reports depend on consistent staff updates. Before launch, test enquiry creation, assignment, duplicate handling and permission boundaries with sample records. Send us an anonymised spreadsheet and your current sales steps to prepare a useful estimate.

Questions before you start

Do we need custom CRM software?

Not necessarily. We first check whether an existing tool can support the workflow. A custom system needs a clear reason and a maintenance plan.

Can you import our spreadsheet?

The scope can include importing agreed fields after a sample review. Cleaning duplicates and reconciling missing information may need separate work.

Will it automatically increase sales?

A CRM helps organise work and measure follow-up. Sales still depend on your offer, customer demand and the way your team uses the system.
