API & Software Integrations

Connect business tools through supported APIs, with agreed record ownership, duplicate handling and failure checks.

Agree what the connection can change

An integration needs supported access, an authoritative record and a failure plan. Use one concrete journey, such as an accepted order creating one dispatch request, to define the work before connecting every system.

Is an API connection the same as moving our old records?

No. A one-time migration maps and transfers an agreed set of records. An ongoing integration handles new or changed events between systems. They may share identifiers and field decisions, but need separate scope, testing and operating responsibilities. Confirm which system owns stock, payment status and customer contact details.

Can every courier, payment provider or accounting tool be connected?

First confirm the account, documented access and operations the provider permits. A logo, spreadsheet export or existing login does not establish API access. Where the required operation is unavailable, the initial scope may use a reviewed import or a staff handoff. Provider approval, subscriptions and usage charges are separate from development.

What happens if the same event arrives twice?

Use an agreed source reference and test repeated delivery. For a synthetic order O-101, two copies of the same accepted event should not create two dispatch requests. If an update changes the address or quantity, define whether it is a correction, a new version or a change that staff must approve. These are acceptance scenarios, not claims about a deployed connection.

Who handles failures and uncertain responses?

Agree which failures can be retried, when to stop and who receives a usable failure notice. If a provider times out after possibly accepting a request, check its recorded result before blindly creating another transaction. Preserve references for reconciliation, avoid placing credentials in logs and provide a staff route for unresolved work. Define monitoring and support hours in the proposal.

What should we supply for an integration proposal?

Name the systems, intended read or write operations, record identifiers and expected volume. Share permitted sample schemas or synthetic records rather than passwords or live customer exports in the enquiry form. BringPak lists integration development from Rs. 30,000; the supported operations, authentication, tests and handover determine the written scope. Provider fees and ongoing support need separate confirmation.

The Common Business Problem

Where the workflow gets stuck

Two tools hold different versions of the same record. A manual copy hides errors, while an unchecked connection can create duplicates or overwrite useful information.

The BringPak Solution

How we scope the work

We confirm supported access, field mappings and which system owns each value. We define retry, failure notification and reconciliation before connecting the workflow.
