Inventory and Order Management Software in Pakistan

An order sits in WhatsApp, stock lives in a sheet, and the packing team uses a notebook. We help you plan a shared record so staff can see what was ordered, what is available and what needs to happen next.

Map the order from request to completion

We start with a real example, using anonymised information. Which details does staff collect? Who confirms the variant, checks stock, packs the parcel and records dispatch? Each stage needs a clear meaning and an owner. A system should distinguish an unconfirmed request from an accepted order. If you already have software, we first check whether configuration or a connection can solve the gap.

Agree where stock is maintained

Products may have sizes, colours, units or branch-specific quantities. Decide which record owns availability and when an order reserves stock. Cancellation, return and damaged-item rules affect that quantity too. Where shops and online channels sell together, we review the access and update process for each channel. We do not call inventory live unless the connections and timing support that claim.

Give packing and dispatch their own checks

The packing view should show the exact item, variant and quantity, along with the approved delivery details. Staff should not have to reinterpret a conversation screenshot. Dispatch can store a courier reference manually or use an agreed connection if supported access is available. We define what happens when tracking is delayed or unavailable and who can correct a mistaken status.

Keep cash on delivery settlement separate

A delivered parcel and a reconciled COD amount are different events. The workflow can record amounts due and settlement references, but accounting and provider reconciliation need a defined scope. An uploaded payment screenshot is not a verified transaction. We agree which records staff use to confirm payments and how discrepancies are reviewed before automating financial status changes.

Handle the cases that do not go to plan

Test duplicate requests, two orders for the last item, an address change after confirmation, a cancelled order and a returned parcel. Decide which changes require staff approval and how the history is recorded. A return should not automatically become saleable stock before its condition is checked. These rules are part of the project discussion, not details left for the packing team to guess after launch.

Bring existing records across in a controlled way

We review a sample of products, variants and open orders before estimating migration. Product names and units need consistent meaning, and old duplicate records may require cleanup. Keep an export of the original data. Test a small import and compare quantities and order totals before moving the agreed dataset. Staff roles, exports and backup responsibilities are included in the handover discussion.

What determines the project scope

Send your current order sheet, product structure, sales channels, courier process and staff responsibilities. Include the reports you actually need, such as orders waiting for confirmation or parcels awaiting reconciliation. The quote separates workflow setup, custom development, data preparation and third-party integrations. Start with the process that causes the most confusion rather than attempting to replace every tool at once.

Test settlement records before accepting the dashboard

Use synthetic order, shipment and statement references to review matched amounts, a remittance difference, a return and missing deductions. Require a review state for unknown information instead of letting a blank fee become zero.

Questions before you start

Can you connect our courier?

Only after confirming the courier, supported access and required operations. Manual tracking entry may be a useful first phase.

Can it work with our physical shop?

That depends on where shop stock is recorded and how that system can exchange updates. We review the connection before proposing shared availability.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Not necessarily. We compare configuration, integration and a custom build against your actual workflow.
